The general aim of the programme is to provide training of the higher technician/ paraprofessional personnel for deployment in the Mechanical Engineering industry in Brunei Darussalam.
The Objectives of the programme are to produce graduates who are able to:
- Practise engineering in fields of design, research, development, testing, and manufacturing through the application of fundamental knowledge, skills, and tools of mechanical engineering;
- Enhance their skills through education, training and professional development;
- Able to work independently as well as communicate effectively with others within the Engineering profession.
- Progress to degrees or certificate programmes in engineering, business, and other professionally related fields.
