  1. Register through HECAS via www.hecas.moe.gov.bn AND
  2. Complete and submit your application by going to Politeknik Brunei Admission System (PBAS)via https://pbas.pb.edu.bn

For  Brunei Government In-Service Scheme (LDP) 

  1. Complete and submit your application by going to Politeknik Brunei Admission System (PBAS) via https://pbas.pb.edu.bn AND
  2. Submit Borang A (Section A & Section B)and email to admission@pb.edu.bn

PB Online Admission will start accepting applications online on18 August 2026, 9:00am until 9 September 2026, 3:00pm.

Acceptable qualifications include GCE ‘O’ Level qualifications or their equivalents, TVET qualifications or their equivalents, mature applicants with relevant work experience, and applicants eligible for the In-Service Training Scheme.
