Now, in 2022, PB has a total of 33 Level 5 Diploma programmes currently being offered by the five (5) Schools under PB, i.e. the School of Business, the School of Information and Communication Technology, the School of Science and Engineering, the School of Health Sciences, and the School of Petrochemical.

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, PB has enhanced its digital infrastructure to support its goal of a blended teaching and learning aims to provide quality education to its students without compromise. The use of its Learning Management System (LMS) is being constantly reviewed and upgraded in order to meet the high data demands of hybrid teaching and learning and now the implementation of a Hybrid-Flexible (HyFlex) technology that allows close and remote learning simultaneously.

These are in response to the growing attributes of the industry and society as well as PB, under the advice of its Board of Governors and input from its External Review Committees, will continue to be a functional contributor to the manpower requirements of the industry.

Proud Bruneian

Taken from the acronym of Politeknik Brunei (PB), “Proud Bruneian” emerged as the institution cornerstone in producing graduates who have pride in being PBians and “Proud Bruneian” as a whole. Not only through its academic achievement but towards the community that shaped the graduates to be a better citizen that could serve and contribute back to the community and the country; inculcating a sense of patriotism.
