5 May 2026 – Politeknik Brunei (PB) officially launched its Final Year Project Exhibition 2026 at the Lumut Campus, themed “Driving Innovation for Tomorrow,” showcasing the innovative work and technical capabilities of its final-year students. The exhibition featured 165 projects presented by 362 final-year students from the School of Science and Engineering (SSE) and the School of Petrochemical (SPC), covering areas including engineering, architecture and applied science technology.
The event was graced by the Guest of Honour, Yang Mulia Dato Seri Paduka Ar. Haji Marzuke bin Haji Mohsin. The exhibition provided a platform for students to demonstrate the practical application of their academic knowledge, technical expertise and creative problem-solving skills in addressing real-world challenges. Held from 5 to 6 May 2026, the exhibition was also open to members of the public, providing an opportunity for the wider community to view and engage with the students’ projects. The exhibition reflected PB’s continued commitment to nurturing innovation, creativity and industry-relevant competencies among its students, in support of the aspirations of Wawasan Brunei 2035.
