The Level 5 Diploma Apprenticeship in Hospitality Management & Operation is a combination of On-the-Job Training (OJT) with School Based Learning (SBL), placing a specific focus on enhancing business management and operational competencies tailored to the evolving needs of the hospitality sector.

The aim of the Hospitality Management Apprenticeship is to equip apprentices with substantial theoretical and technical knowledge through a combination of paid On-the-job training and School Based Learning. This program is designed to enhance their capacity to navigate complex work situations, comprehend and meet organizational and professional expectations, and integrate ethical sustainable practices seamlessly into the national and global work and social environment, ultimately leading to the attainment of a nationally recognized qualification.
