12 December 2025 – Politeknik Brunei proudly celebrates the success of its students at the Final Pitching Competition following the intensive 4-Day LEAP Bootcamp organised by Hibiscus Petroleum.
Two students were awarded BND 1,000 grants in recognition of their innovative business ideas. Syazwina Batrisya secured 4th place with Kitar Balik, a creative initiative producing unique cardholders from upcycled fabrics, while Mohammad Aqil Syafiq achieved 5th place with HR Buddy, an HR toolkit system designed to support Brunei MSMEs.
The finalists presented their concepts before a distinguished panel of judges, including Mohd Amin Liew bin Abdullah, whose presence underscored the significance of the event.
This achievement highlights the creativity, entrepreneurial spirit, and potential of Politeknik Brunei students, as well as the institution’s commitment to nurturing innovation and industry-ready graduates.
