On 11th June 2025, Hengyi Industries Sdn Bhd had the pleasure of hosting a delegation from the Institute of Technical Education (ITE), Singapore, led by Deputy Chief Executive Officer Dr. Ang Kiam Wee, during their official visit to Brunei. The visit to Hengyi was organised and facilitated by Politeknik Brunei, who accompanied the delegation as part of their efforts to strengthen regional partnerships in technical and vocational education and training (TVET).Representatives from Politeknik Brunei, including Mohammad Izuddin bin Haji Mohd Asri, Head of the School of Petrochemical, were present to support the engagement. The meeting provided an important platform for knowledge exchange and collaboration between industry players and educational institutions. As a respected MoU partner, ITE’s visit highlights the mutual commitment to developing skilled professionals and enhancing TVET excellence, which is vital for meeting current and future workforce demands in Brunei and the region. This engagement reflects ongoing efforts to nurture talent, foster innovation, and support sustainable economic growth through collaborative education and training initiatives.
