ELEVEN participants from the Innovative
Visionary Youth Programme (PIBB) have begun the Phase Three of the ‘21st-Century Skills
Basic Training’ programme at Politeknik Brunei (PB), which will run from 20 March 2019 until 27 April 2019.
The PIBB is a collaboration between the Community Development Department (JAPEM)
of the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports, and PB. The programme aims to strengthen
the identity and minds of children of monthly welfare assistance recipients, and to
improve their skills so that they have better chances of gaining employment and better
equipped to face life’s challenges.
